FRIENDS, together with GSL Yacht Club, League of Women Voters of Salt Lake, League of Women Voters of Utah, Utah Airboat Association, Utah Chapter of the Sierra Club, Utah Mud Motor Association, Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment, Utah Waterfowl Association, and Western Wildlife Conservancy filed a Request for Agency Action (RAA) on Friday, 6/11/2010, with the Executive Secretary of the Utah Water Quality Board.
